485e085bb0 feat: add Cobra CLI, LSP/MCP registries, workflow engine, and enriched dashboard 
Major changes:
- Refactor CLI entry point to Cobra commands (root, setup, scan, doctor, install, update, lsp, mcp, skills, config, version)
